The Siouxland Miracle Riders are thrilled to announce our 11th Annual Ride for Miracles, continuing our mission to make a real difference in the lives of Siouxland's kids. Once again, we will be riding under our own fund through the Siouxland Community Foundation: The Siouxland Riders for Kids Fund.

 11 Years on the Road

As we step into our 11th year, we carry with us a legacy of incredible community support. To date, we have traveled through 49 states, putting 49,000 miles behind us, and have raised over $477,000. This year, we are ready to add to those milestones with another journey to help make a difference in the lives of Siouxland kids.

 The 2026 Ride: The Southwest Tour

From Monday, August 24th, through Friday, September 4th, the Miracle Riders will embark on a 12-day journey to the most southwest corner of the country: San Diego. We’re going to hit almost every type of terrain—rolling hills, prairies, the Rockies, and the Million Dollar Highway. We’ll head through Taos and Santa Fe, hit parts of Route 66, and ride through Sedona on our way to Phoenix.

We already know the leg from Phoenix to San Diego is going to be a grueling desert day in the summer heat. But like we always say: the kids we ride for don’t get to choose the easy route. They face battles every day just to get healthy and get home. If they can fight every day, we can face a few grueling days to help support them. On the way back, we’ll come through Vegas, Zion National Park, and the beautiful red rock landscapes of Utah before heading back through the Colorado Rockies and across Nebraska.

 Our 2026 Goal: 'Share the Love'

This year, our fundraising theme is "Share the Love," and our goal is set at $55,000. In years past, we’ve usually picked one department and found the specific equipment they needed. This time, we’re taking a new approach.

We are focusing our efforts on six different departments that do incredible work for families in Siouxland:

  • The Mom & Baby Unit

  • The NICU

  • Pediatric Therapy

  • The Pediatrics Floor

  • The Child Advocacy Center

  • The Emergency Department

Every dollar raised goes directly toward supporting these vital areas, raising the funds for the equipment that makes their days better and gets them home sooner. We’re looking forward to the challenge and the impact we can make for these kids, with your help! Thank you for your continued support. We’ll see you on the road.

As always, the Siouxland Miracle Riders will cover all of their own trip expenses (Gas, Food, Lodging, Etc.) so all the proceeds from donations and sponsorships go to help the kids.
